The Rosebeck is the further development of the company activity of Annarös Berger. After taking over the business from Konrad Christen in 2012, the company was rebuilt according to her ideas. With the name change, the conversion was completed.

• Annarös Berger, who grew up at the foot of the Schallenberg, started her professional career with an apprenticeship as a baker-confectioner in 1985 in a bakery in Thun. With different stations, last as a manager of a bakery, she gained her experience and discovered the affinity for fine desserts and sweets. After the mother break with the care of the two children, she opened her company Backwerkstatt in 2009.In the spring of 2012, the paths of the two entrepreneurs have crossed and in many discussions, the new company was formed. Even under new management, the goal has remained the same. We want to offer traditional bread and baked goods in a bread basket on the one hand, but on the other hand we also want to cultivate modern catering. On the following pages you will have the opportunity to get to know our varied, healthy and "gluschtiges" offer.

Our philosophy:

• Employees What is an entrepreneur without his professionals? We take this fact into account, our employees are all proven professionals. Be it the baker-confectioners, the cooks or the saleswomen. Not to forget our all-rounders, who with their diligence and reliability make it possible for everyone else to have a free job.
• Products Our products should please you in different ways. We want to delight you with the eye and the pleasure. Eating with your loved ones should be an experience, this is our declared goal.
• Suppliers In order to produce optimal products we use fresh food from the region. In addition to the high quality products, we strive for a personal and long-term relationship with our suppliers, this is important to us. You enjoy eggs from Wichtrach, cheese and milk from Münsingen and Noflen, vegetables and salad from Tägertschi, the list is not exhaustive.
