Romana (Laax GR)

Since 1970, Pasternaria Romana SA has been spoiling the Laax ski region in the Canton of Grisons with its bakery and pastry goods.

The traditional company was founded by Reto and Anna-Rita Buchli. Since 1990, Aldo and Rita Buchli have continued to run the business in the second generation. As a trained baker and confectioner-confectioner, we are with a lot of heart and passion at work.

Grisons nut cake and pear bread and Laax cake

The Pasternaria Romana in Laax sweetens your everyday life with the homemade nut cake, the pear bread and the self-created Laax cake. During the winter season, we make fresh doughnuts on site at our branch in the Rocks Resort at the valley station.

Bündner Nusstorte with a creamy caramel filling, tree nuts and short pastry Bündner Birnenbrot made from dried pears, dried fruits and nuts, wrapped in Weggli pastry the Laaxer Torte - our own creation made from almond sponge, short pastry, Grand Marnier and hazelnut Florentine
