We are a small family business. Our specialties are the high quality meat from Engadine Angus cattle, which we sell fresh and also process into Engadine specialties.

Meat from Engadine Angus cattle

The Engadine Angus cattle enjoy the champagne climate to the full: they spend the summer on the alpine pastures and during the winter they have a free-range barn at their disposal. The mountain herbs and the fragrant hay give their tender meat the right aroma. We distinguish between Angus Beef and Angus Beef. The Angus Beef is 13 months old, the beef 2 1/2 years old.

With us you will find everything your heart desires in Engadine meat and sausage specialties! You are spoilt for choice between countless salsiz and boiled sausages and other air-dried or smoked delicacies. Of course always made from the best meat, from the region and in the case of game: from local mountain hunting. Let us convince you and try.

Specialties from Rosmaries Bakery

Our classic is of course the Engadiner Nusstorte, old known and always fine. Do you already know the Engadin cake? We call it Big Mountain - a delicate dream that has it all. We won the bronze medal for it at the Swiss Bakery Trophy 2008.

You will also find sweet souvenirs such as Amaretti with various fillings - here we even won the gold medal! Grassins and Fuatscha grassa are old Engadine specialties. It's worth trying them.
