The Merz bakery on Eisengasse is still one of the few bakeries where baked goods are freshly prepared by hand - by passionate employees with a great love for the baker's craft and exclusively from natural, high-quality ingredients from farmers in the Lucerne countryside.

We work with proven, traditional recipes that have almost fallen into oblivion.

By taking into account small mills from the region, the flour comes fresh and directly to us in the bakery.The result is fresh, tasty, extremely rich in content and healthy products.
