In the heart of Gruyères, our Meringues Domino is a real treat.

Meringues et Biscuits Domino was founded in 1994 and taken over 10 years later by Sébastien Overney.

Benefiting from growing prosperity, the company is now able to distribute its products throughout French-speaking Switzerland, German-speaking Switzerland, Ticino and France. Located in the artisanal zone between Epagny and Broc, in the heart of the "Pays de Gruyère", dominated by its emblematic Castle since the 13th century, we are keen to preserve the quality and authenticity of our traditional regional products. In 2017, we reached a significant annual demand with the production of over 5 million meringues, made with raw materials from the region; the assortment has been expanded and diversified. Our Bénichon specialties, part of a typically Fribourg eponymous meal served in autumn, all carefully prepared by our 12 employees, are enjoyed regularly throughout the year.

We focus our efforts on offering a typical, high-quality, handcrafted product that is a pleasure to taste for everyone.
