The special thing about our branch in Lindencham is that the production can be seen from the store and café. So you can watch our confectioners and bakers directly at work and see how real and good things are made.

The confectionery tradition at Knonauerstrasse 3 in Cham dates back to 1890 and has been maintained by the von Rotz family since 1978. In 1997, Aline and Arnold von Rotz handed over their typical local bakery-pastry shop to son Roger and his wife Andrea.

The business that the couple takes over is small with 7 employees - the dreams and ideas are all the bigger and more numerous. A new wind soon blows through the good Chamer bakery and carries the taste of fresh bread beyond the municipal border.

The business flourishes in all areas. The consistent focus on a broad, innovative range of products, careful workmanship and friendliness bring the company steady growth in customers, product range and number of employees.
