Bakery We offer a wide selection of different types of bread at all three locations: from traditional house bread to pigtail. Our baked goods are handmade and of course we produce everything ourselves. We are especially proud of our Pain Paillasse - natural, with wild garlic or chestnuts depending on the season - made from raw materials of excellent quality. This bread is known for its optimal metabolic processes in the body. It ferments very slowly with natural yeast and lots of water according to a traditional recipe. Other house specialties of our baked goods offer are:

**snacks We also offer hearty, homemade snacks. Sandwiches, salads, muesli, baked meats, wähen, vegetable cakes, other vegetarian snacks and much more. Treat yourself to wholesome experiences for the palate during your break.

Tearoom Visit our tearooms in Altishofen, Dagmarsellen or Reiden. There are 20 seats available in each case and they are open during the day. Our products are made by hand and with attention to detail.

confectionery Try our fine confectionery assortment. We make by hand the finest cakes, patisserie, pralines, glacés, meringues, tarts, wedding cakes, petit fours (small patisserie) and more, as well as the unique Vacherin ice cream cake.

Party service For aperitifs of all kinds, we can supply you with our apéro service, stehlunch or apéro riche on request. We will be happy to prepare the finest baked goods, cheese and meat platters, pastries, patisserie and more for you. Delicious palate ticklers that make big eyes.
