Felber AG (Langenthal)

Bäckerei Felber AG: In 1987, Irène and Pius Riechsteiner took over the Felber bakery in Langenthal. In the meantime, Bäckerei Felber AG is represented in three cantons (BE, SO, AG) with eleven branches, seven of which have a café/restaurant. In 2003, Riechsteiners moved their production from the Langenthal bakery to the current, much larger production facility, which is also located in Langenthal. On 1100 m², bread, pastries and patisserie are produced not only for the branches, but also for private customers and for canteens, as well as frozen goods. Since June 1, 2018, the next generation has taken over the management of Felber AG: Irène and Pius Riechsteiner handed over the family business to their children Sandra, Barbara and Pirmin Riechsteiner after 30 years. Today, the family business employs around 170 people. Craftsman tradition interwoven with a passion for baking and a living company culture are among the most important recipes for success.
