eNDi Burger & Coffee (Zürich)

Behind eNDi Burger & Coffee is a family of four. Each member of the family has contributed to the concept of this restaurant in their own way.

Junior e's fondness for burgers led to versatile experimentation in the kitchen at home and thus to tasty and innovative creations. This soon developed into a desire to share these new burger recipes with the world.

Papa N's passion for coffee goes back to his 15 years of experience in a coffee roastery in Zurich. There came the desire to be the proud owner of a well-known coffee. It was his dream to offer a high quality coffee, which his dad appreciates as a connoisseur. This led to the cooperation with Seattle's Best Coffee, which subjects its beans to the strictest quality controls and uses sophisticated roasting processes to guarantee the best coffee taste. So eNDi Burger & Coffee decided to introduce this brand as the first catering company in Switzerland in the coffee shop format.

Mama D's knack for the culinary arts and love for freshly prepared home-cooked food further contributed to the desire for her own family restaurant. Thanks to her job in the tourism industry, she had the opportunity to travel extensively and taste international cuisines. This is how Mama D discovered culinary as a passion and started dreaming of her own restaurant, which would prepare these diverse and international recipes fresh and on the spot, just like at home, in Mama's style.

little i rounded out the food friends with her love for fries and mom's carefully prepared meals. Her standards are the highest, however, as she too demands exciting and tasty recipes while not accepting long waits. With so much enthusiasm for food and cooking, they decided to open eNDi Burger & Coffee on behalf of everyone in the family.

Together with chef Remo Nussbaumer, whose love of experimentation and interest in new tastes fits perfectly with the eNDi concept, the family was able to turn their dreams of owning their own eatery into reality. As a learned chef and experienced self-employed innkeeper, he contributes the necessary know-how to transform eNDi's innovative ideas into concrete and carefully coordinated recipes.
