The café concept, which is well-known and popular in central Switzerland, is now part of the Länderpark branch and offers 130 seats, 30 of which are outside. The successful bakery-gastronomy enriches the gastro offer with a wide range of canapés, pâtisseries, pastries, sandwiches, salads and homemade ice creams. These include pizzas prepared in "front cooking", filled and unfilled pastas with six different sauces and the popular hot paninis. By the way, the classic "French fries with crispy chicken nuggets" is deep-fried using only natural and high-quality sunflower oil. The preparation of the menus for the entire range takes five to two minutes, depending on the rush and the product, and is available continuously from morning to evening.

The 40 homemade pralines, various chocolate specialties and also the unique and exclusive Luxemburgerli, which are available in open fresh sales in each of eight seasonal varieties, skillfully round off the range.

With its natural fresh ice cream, Bachmann has established a brand name for itself in recent years. With the generous scoops and the fresh production according to original Italian recipes, many loyal lovers could be won as customers.
