Practical training takes place in a bakery and confectionery, supplemented by introductory courses. The theoretical training includes one day per week at the vocational school. After the apprenticeship, it is also possible to obtain a vocational baccalaureate. There are many opportunities for further training at the Richemont Technical College of the Swiss Association of Master Bakers and Confectioners.
