Since 1904 - Tradition with a future Urs Stocker, entrepreneur in the fourth generation: In 1904 the bakery Conditorei Stocker opened its business on Weinbergstrasse in Zurich. The 100th anniversary in 2004 offered a good opportunity to look back. Although a lot has changed in these more than 100 years, we have always maintained and further developed proven basic values in our business: - We still want to give our customers pleasure with fresh products every day.

• We still want to appeal to all five senses with our products and implement our company mission statement.
• We call all this continuity over generations. It has always been important to pull together, to bring in visions and to put them into practice.

Together with the historian Mark Wüst, we have succeeded in shedding light on the challenging period of the 20th century and exploring a piece of Zurich history in the context of a craft business. The result is an insightful, interesting and comprehensive report with interesting information and many pictures.
