Do you like homemade baked goods? - Then you are exactly right with us.

For our products we do not need preservatives or artificial additives. We do not produce industrial products, but practice traditional baking art. This is noticeable in appearance and taste.

We hope that we also meet your personal taste.

BREADING BREAD.

Our homemade organic crispbread with our own recipe. Choose from between four different varieties:

Sunflower Seed, Primal Grain, Spelt, Rye.

In the Schinznach-Dorf branch, you can also get the three-origin crispbread, consisting of the three original grains emmer, spelt and einkorn. Here, part of it is grown in the Schenkenberg valley and ground in the old mill of Schinznach-Dorf.

BACKWARES

Our bread selection includes over 20 different homemade breads. Do you have a special preference or allergy, then let your saleswoman advise you.

We obtain the flour for our baked goods from the Lindmühle in Birmenstorf, which has been operated by the 6th generation of the Lehmann family since 1836.

PATISSERY

Our pâtisserie assortment includes on the one hand traditional products like the Carac, on the other hand we also spoil you with modern creations.
