The Bakery-Confectionery Ernst is us, Rita and Markus Ernst with our team.

Founded in January 2002 - we took over the Bakery in Riggiberg from the Leuenberger family - we are a typical small business. What makes us unique is our commitment to regionality and thus to the beautiful Gantrisch region. For this reason our motto is: "The best of the region".

Our day's work begins early in the morning, because it is a pleasure to delight our customers from 6 am with fresh Gipfeli, Brötli, Brotten, Sandwiches, Salads, Birchermüesli, Coffee and many other delicious products. This is a demanding job that we and our motivated team pursue every day with love, joy and passion for the craft. Our goal is to spoil our customers - from early in the morning until closing time.
