Company chronicle

On March 2, 1996 Markus and Nicole Hunziker opened a small bakery in Arch. In 2000 we built our new building at Römerstrasse West 24. In 2001 we moved and opened the "Römer Café" and the new bakery.

We are a bakery, pastry shop, confectionery and café that focuses on quality and processes raw materials from the immediate vicinity.
We are ready to respond to customer requests or to lovingly present our creations at your event.

Company Philosophy

We spoil our customers daily, 363 days a year, until closing time, with oven-fresh bread and are constantly working on new and innovative products. We strive to do our best to ensure that our patented bread specialties, such as Roman bread and brick bread, meet the high quality standards.
