From his first visit to a plantation in Java, Jean-Paul Raffin was captivated by chocolate and fascinated to see all the cacao trees thousands of kilometers from home, which inspired him to devote himself to creating chocolates with subtle flavors.

To perfect their knowledge of cocoa bean varieties, Marie-Danielle and Jean-Paul Raffin spend their annual vacations visiting cocoa plantations from India to Africa, not forgetting Central America. Their travels are a source of inspiration, and every day, the basic ingredient behind their products with their wide range of tastes occupies their minds from dawn to dusk.

So passionate, Jean-Paul is always happy to share his enthusiasm for chocolate by organizing tastings for various public and private associations, and very often devotes some of his time to children, introducing them to the cocoa bean, the basis of chocolate.
