- In 1987 the bakery was bursting at the seams, we moved to Maur. - 2001 we moved to Oetwil am See into a former milk hut, our extraordinary " Sales counter" enjoys more and more popularity.
-We are a fully certified organic bakery, for organic and Demeter.

It is very important to us to produce good and tasty breads and baked goods, which we still bake with great dedication and joy.
