What began in 1888 with the simplest of means. began in Brunnadern in Toggenburg, is now a 5th generation bakery and catering business with over 220 employees at 13 locations. The high professional competence and a pronounced team spirit form the basis of our enterprise.

In our wonderful profession we work exclusively with high-quality and purely natural raw materials, which are processed by hand in our bakery. All recipes have been developed or improved over the last 50 years. We maintain personal contact with our regional suppliers.

Our Caffè restaurants in typical Toggenburg style combine coziness and pleasure at the same time. We serve our hand-roasted Caffè to our guests in the rustic Chacheli, the exquisite teas in the traditional Chrüegli. A wide range of delicious dishes ensures variety. Almost every hour we conjure up fresh breads, plaits and cookies from the oven in front of our customers.
