With this enjoyable guiding principle, Bäckerei-Konditorei Waber AG has been developing and producing high-quality and daily oven-fresh baked goods for discerning customers since the company was founded in 1980.

With the best quality and innovative service, the company clearly distinguishes itself from its competitors in the market. The daily freshly produced baked goods are also delivered to hotels, restaurants, retirement centers and companies.

All bakery products are produced on principle without additives. Ready mixes are avoided out of professional honor. As an apprentice business, it makes sense to produce and process our own product mixes.

The family business was founded when master confectioner and baker Kurt Waber went into business for himself in 1980 and opened his store at Strählgasse 6 in Brittnau. In 2009, Waber AG was founded and the son Daniel Waber, master baker and confectioner took over the management of the parental business. Since then, the company Waber AG has developed considerably: Currently 18 employees and 2 apprentices are employed in production and sales. Kurt Waber is the head of the confectionery department in our company.

In order to maintain the high quality standard, it is essential that the boss himself supports his team in production and can thus act flexibly even for short-term customer orders.
